What is HotRodAdTraffic?
Hot Rod Ad Traffic is an advertising company that sells advertising for your website. When you purchase one of our advertising packages, you are purchasing just that, "advertising". HRAT is not an investment program.

Is it Free to Join?
Yes and NO. You can join for Free, but you are limited to the amount of advertising credits you will earn. As a FREE member, you only earn 1/2 (.5) a credit per site you surf and no monthly bonus credits. You are also limited to 1 site you can advertise.

As an Upgraded member, you earn 1 credit for each site you surf and 1,000 credits per upgrade. As and Upgraded member, you can advertise 10 sites and for each additional upgrade you can add 5 more sites. Another benefit to upgrade is you will receive 2 Ad Spots with 10,000 impressions each. Upgraded members also receive 5,000 bonus credits each month.

All members will receive 1,000 credits upon joining Hot Rod Ad Traffic.

Do you offer Referral Commissions?
Yes, HRAT offers a 5% commission to anyone who refers someone else to our program and that referral upgrades. The commissions are available to withdraw once your balance reaches $5.

Can I purchase more than one Adpack?
Each Adpack cost $20 and you can purchase up to 1,000 ad packs. This limit may be increased as we grow our member base. To purchase more ad packs just click on "Upgrade Account" and pick your payment processor.
Remember, EVERY AdPack purchased earns you another FREE position in our Never Ending Matrix.

Are the Adpacks Guaranteed?
Absolutely not! When you purchase our Adpacks, you are purchasing advertising credits to use to display either your website, your banners or your text ads. Once you have purchased these AdPacks, there is no guarantee of any kind that you will receive any income, any visitors or any compensation from anyone. It is purely an advertising method.

Do you offer Refunds?
No, there are no refunds. Once you purchase the AdPacks, it is your responsibility to enter your websites, your banners and your text ads so HRAT can display them to it's members.

Why has my site been deleted?
Site approvals are normally done within 24 hours or so. During weekends or holidays site approvals may take longer. If your site has been deleted it is because the site was found to be in violation of our terms. This may include having any type of popup windows, javascript errors, being a framebreaker site, or anything else that stops the normal operation of our system. Sites that get deleted wil lose all credits that are associated with it. If you are not sure your website will be approved, then just assign a small amount of credits to it. Serious or repeat site offenders may be deleted immediately along with their member account.

When can I make a Withdraw?
To make a withdraw request, your account balance must be at $5 or more. This is to save us from processing multiple request for small amounts. You can request your withdraw at any time, but we will only pay request once a week on Fridays. With so many members it becomes quite a task processing request everyday and we would have to raise the price of upgrades to accomplish this.

How do we promote Hot Rod Ad Traffic
We offer custom banners for our members to use in promoting their referral links. We will from time to time change these, but they will always be in the members area.

What kind of websites do you allow? (Do you allow adult content?)
NO ADULT CONTENT. NO HATE, NO WAREZ, NOTHING ILLEGAL, NOTHING ILLICIT, NOTHING IMMORAL, NO BANNER FARMS, NO FRAME BUSTERS, AND NO POPUPS. It's common sense stuff really, but for the record we're here to promote legitimate websites only. Typically our members promote online businesses, businesses tools and business events. As long as these meet with the above guidelines and don't offend anyone then that's fine by us. Anyone caught Breaking the rules will be banned from the HRAT System without notice and will lose all credits and Adpack purchases in their account.

What type of Payment do you accept?
Our payment processors are Alertpay, SolidTrustPay, Liberty Reserve, and StrictPay currently. We will be accepting Perfect Money soon. Paypal is NOT accepted.

Can I upgrade my referrals?
Yes, if you have enough in your cash account, you can use the balance to upgrade any of your referrals. By doing this, you will earn the 5% commissions and their position in our Never Ending Matrix will fall directly under you.

Can I have more than one account per IP Address household?
Yes, Each IP address is allowed two (2) accounts. However these accounts can not refer each other into the HRAT website. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT Anyone trying to cheat the system can and will be terminated from the system resulting in loss of all credits and funds without notice.

How Many sites do I have to surf?
Here at Hot Rod Ad Traffic, we know your time is valueable, so we have set the minimum amount to a very low amount of only 50 sites per MONTH. You can knock that out in one day and be done for the month, but you can also surf each day and earn more ad credits for your own advertising.
If you don't surf the 50 sites per month, then you won't be able to cashout any referral commissions your have earned.

How do I earn from the Bonus positions in your Matrix?
With each $20 Adpack that you purchase, HRAT gives you one position in our Never Ending Matrix. From each position you will have the chance to earn multiple times for an ongoing basis. For full description, please click HERE to read more about it.
